Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for any event listed on the platform. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Registration & Communication
- All registrations must be completed with due care. Confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified under any circumstances.
- Participants must provide a valid and secure email address and active phone number that they access regularly. These will be the primary modes of communication before and during the event.
- Any notification sent to the registered email address or phone number shall be deemed as received by the participant.
- Please enter only relevant and accurate mailing information. Avoid duplicating the same details across multiple fields (such as city, state, and country), as incorrect or redundant information may affect communication.
2. Health, Fitness & Risk Acknowledgement
- By registering, you acknowledge that long-distance running and cycling are physically demanding activities and may involve potential health risks.
- You confirm that you are medically fit, have undertaken adequate training, and are participating at your own risk.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to:
- Falls or physical injury
- Contact with other participants
- Weather conditions such as heat, humidity, or rain
- Traffic, road conditions, or public interference
- Any unforeseen circumstances including security threats
3. Event Conduct & Safety
- You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines issued by the event organizers, race officials, medical staff, or volunteers at all times.
- You agree to stop running or cycling immediately if instructed to do so by the Race Director, medical personnel, or aid-station volunteers, even if no specific reason is provided.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or stop any participant in the interest of health, safety, or event integrity.
4. Medical Information
- You confirm that all medical details and emergency information provided during registration are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- This information may be used strictly for emergency assistance during the event.
5. Media & Promotion
- You grant permission for the organizers to use your name, photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation.
6. Organizer Rights
- The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning any reason.
- In the event of a rejected application, only the registration fee will be refunded, excluding applicable bank or transaction charges.
- Confirmed registrations and merchandise orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or modified.
7. Platform Liability (iFinish / Event Platform)
- The platform acts only as a facilitator between participants and event organizers.
- The platform is not responsible or liable for:
- Event execution or management
- Participant safety during the event
- Any payment, refund, or cancellation disputes
- Once a transaction is successfully completed, the platform will not process refunds under any circumstances.
8. Refunds & Grievances
- Any requests related to refunds, grievances, claims, or event-specific concerns must be addressed directly to the event organizer.
- The platform shall not be held responsible for any decisions taken by the event organizers.
9. Consent for Communication
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to receive emails, SMS, or notifications from the platform related to:
- Event updates
- Registration information
